A new research study shows that if you eat more fruits that are red, orange, and blue such as the acai berry or even the all-time favorite strawberry then your body has an immensely larger chance of invalidating the effects of aging. It isn’t magic, it’s due to the fact that the brain in itself is consistently attempting to banish harmful compounds and replace them with good, and the antioxidants that vividly colored berries have aid the brain in doing just that. Professionals suggest that a wide range of vegetables and nuts will not only keep you healthy, it may also just thwart those unwanted wrinkles for a little while longer!
