Why Do Cigarettes Make You Dizzy?

‘Cigarette smoking is dangerous to your health, is the catch phrase of companies that actually sell those cigarettes. The irony is not lost to the public, they know that it is bad for their health but they still can’t stop smoking cigarettes. Many would ask an explanation from a smoker and they would just say ‘I get the kicks in cigarettes or it makes me look cool,. Seriously, there are people who try their best to stay away from smoking but smokers tend to make things difficult for them.

When ‘first timers, people smoke?”>smoke cigarettes, they tend to get this dizzying sensation. Experts explained that this happens because of the ‘tolerance, factor. The main element that causes this dizzying sensation is ‘nicotine, present in the cigarette. Nicotine is a substance that acts as a stimulant. Non smokers don’t have the tolerance smokers had developed over the months, years of smoking cigarettes. It is a body’s natural reaction to something that they are not familiar with.

When this happens, all you have to do is rest and let the feeling subside. Nicotine is considered as an ‘addictive, element, especially in cigarettes. Smokers testify that cigarette smoking is a hard habit to break (but it is possible). Cigarette smoking is bad for the heart and especially the lungs. They tend to kill healthy cells and lower the effectiveness of your immune system. Doctors say’s that cigarette smokers are more prone to certain cancers and heart disease. Unfortunately, non-smokers also share this dilemma.

Second hand smoke is dangerous and can cause dizziness as well. Non smokers are easily affected by smokers and would try to get away from them as soon as they smell that someone is smoking. Prevention is always better than cure. It is best to stop smoking while you still can and do worthwhile activities to take your mind from smoking.
