Why is Beyonce a good role model?

Popularly known as Beyonce, Beyonce Giselle Knowles was born on September 4, 1981. With a blood of an African American father and an African, Native American, and French mother, Beyonce was born in Houston, Texas. As a child, she was exposed to singing and dancing when she enrolled in various performing arts schools. Having able to discover that she could sing and dance while in elementary at St. Mary’s Elementary School in Texas, her interest to the field of arts and music led her to become one of the most admired and sought after artist in the entertainment industry of today. As a former member of the dissolved group known as Destiny’s Child, Beyonce decided to go on solo after a series of issues and conflicts led the group to be permanently erased from the music industry. Indeed, her decision did not cause her to fail. But instead, it paved the way for her to shine and make her name known across nations all over the world.
Until this day, Beyonce is not only famous because of her music, her dancing prowess and her acting ability. She also proved to be a good role model to the world. It was through her songs that made her one true inspiration, especially among the female race. Her songs such as Single Ladies, Independent Women and Girls, made her earn the title as the 21st century role model. At a very young age, she was able to encourage women to fight for their rights and be firm to stand on the ground with heads held high. Beyonce is undeniably a good role model because despite her fame, wealth and glamour, she remains to be humble that she continues to fight for what she knows is best.
