They did look for the rumored ‘garden,, but didn’t find it after their long search that they did everyday and even took a few weeks before they finally gave up the search.

The 420 term was later caught in other cultures and is still linked to the use of the drug during that particular time of the day. There is also the celebration 4/20 or April 20 on which people celebrate in using the ‘drug of their choice,. Some of them doesn’t just smoke pot on that date but almost everyday as well. Everyone knows that the use of marijuana is illegal and yet people can’t stop themselves from the addiction. There are many popular myths on how 420 got its name, but those were just myths and the ‘real fact, about 420 remains.

The Waldos have certainly left their own legacy behind. People of today still use the term 420, when they want to tell other people that they are going to ‘smoke,. This is like telling someone ‘Hey! Want to join me? We’re going to smoke pot!, of course, if you are a law abiding citizen it is best to kindly refuse this offer.
