They need to have groups or teams which share the views of the team members internally. This makes the team progress well as a single vehicle with good association extended by every employee.

It is very important for the team members to think that he or she is competing with the other team or other company and not with each other inside the team. This feeling in every team member will generate positive attitude towards the work and can improve their teamwork very rapidly in competing with the given task. It is also important to be felt by everyone individually that each one in the team is a vigorous force to participate in the success of the company. But, it is more effective if all these forces together fight for the difficult project and contribute each of their efforts.
