Why is time important?

All of us know that time is very important. Why? Simply because time can be lost, and once lost, you can never get it back.

To further discuss the importance of time, I would like to share some quotes.
‘Time is free, but it’s priceless. You can’t own it, but you can use it. You can’t keep it, but you can spend it. Once you’ve lost it you can never get it back., Harvey MacKay described time as free and priceless. Because time is free, most of us tend to waste it on trivial matters. Unless we are faced with life-changing situations we neglect how important every minute of our lives can be. Just by waking up early, you already saved up a lot of time for the day. That extra time you usually spend for sleeping can be used for other purposes such as exercising, cooking, working or cleaning.
If you read the bible, in the book of Ecclesiastes verse 3, King Solomon wrote the perfect definition for time. It is entitled ‘A Time for Everything,. King Solomon understood that we all have our own time to live. ‘There is a time for everything and a season for every activity under heaven, Ecclesiastes 3:1. Some of us are blessed with long life while some are given less. While we may never know how much time we have on this earth, what we know is that by spending our time wisely, we can say that our time here on earth is meaningful.

‘For every minute spent in organizing, an hour is earned., Learning how to value your time can help you succeed in life. For example, if you are aware that meeting with a rich client can help you land a huge contract then you will not waste your time, instead you’ll start planning for the right proposal. If you know that your day is limited, planning a daily schedule of activities can help you finish more work than you usually do. This is what is commonly known as ‘Time Management,.
In conclusion, value your time and spend it wisely. Learn how to manage it and make use of it so that you will have less regrets in the future. As the saying goes, ‘Time is Gold,.
