Why Was Invader Zim Cancelled?

Various reasons were given why this show entitled Invader Zim was cancelled, primary of which was the fact that there were a lot of parents complaining the violent contents in the show that may affect their children watching it. The original audience of the show range the ages of 9-12 and yet the teenagers and the adults were the very ones enjoying such graphic presentation which include blood and violent episodes. The concerned parents brought their complaints to the author and producers of the show but to no avail, since there were also independent people who fought for its showing claiming for freedom of speech and the right to mount a show in order to entertain. This show indeed became controversial due to the fact that there was a conflict and a lot of chaos here and there brought about by the showing of this show Invader Zim.

The author of this show convinced his producers that no matter what, they will fight for their rights in showing this informative though quite intriguing show simply because of the fact that the audience and viewers alike will learn a lot from them. People had been divided in view of this mounting of the show. A lot however supported the parents to convince the government in banning and cancelling the showing if Invader Zim. This moved of involving government officials finally blocked the showing of this precious work of art to be shown legitimately. The author vowed that never again shall he write as a way of rebellion to the unsupportive and unjust government authorities which eventually provoked a lot of supporters of this brilliant author calling the government to revoke its original decision of not showing the Invader Zim. Indeed in the end the government could not find a way on how to deal with the problem.
