Vitamin B is very essential to survival as it helps in the manufacturing of red blood cells. Red blood cells carry oxygen to other parts of the body. Vitamin C helps with bones and helps to cure wounds, as well as preventing infections and diseases. Vitamin D is needed to help get calcium into your bones, and Vitamin E will help prevent the tissues from aging. Vitamin D has also been known to prevent vascular diseases. Finally Vitamin K will help in the digestion process by absorbing fats. All of these provide essential things that our body needs in order to stay alive. It is very important to make sure that one is getting the daily allotment of all the above vitamins.
