Why do good things happen to bad people?

‘Why do good things happen to bad people?’ – this is a question that has always sparked the interest of every human in this world we live in. It is a thought that has been an object of religious debates. Books were even published about this question. Authors have done extensive research just to prove to the world that good things do happen to bad people.

I wonder why these have to be done in the first place? I cannot consider myself as overly religious, but I have read somewhere that God does not consider any human being as bad. If we try to analyze it, it is the mere truth. In God’s eyes, we are all equal. There is no such thing as rich or poor, bad or good.

Good things happen to everyone, and perhaps we are just far too observant how things are going for others and don’t realize that everyone receives his share of good faith, in abundance or not.

Let’s just say that there have been a lot of stories that prove that good fortune or good things happen to bad people (documented or not). I can only explain it as perhaps God would like to teach them a lesson. These people are those who are lost, and there is no way for them to learn about leading a good life. In return, God gives them abundant blessings so that they can realize on their own that they need to stop doing bad things, or just simply turn away from being bad. God knows His way, and He therefore knows that these types of people need more guidance, because they are lost.

But who knows, it could be right and it could be wrong. The only thing I am certain about, is that we should live our lives by the rules of God, and stop scrutinizing other people’s lives. Life is what we make it, and we should just be thankful for what we have, and not mind what other people may or may not have.

People usually do bad things when it benefits them, so it appears like those good things just came to them. In reality they took them.
